If your campaign would have landed in spam, you will know before you send. Most cold email setups that 'go to spam' do so because the sender never checked.

No. SilverMailer does not use your campaign data to train external AI models. Compass uses your Brain (per-user memory of replies and patterns) only to improve your own future campaigns — not anyone else's. AI calls run through provider APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter, Gemini) with their respective enterprise data terms. On BYOK plans you control the provider relationship directly.
