This Refund Policy describes when and how Silver Soul issues refunds for purchases made through SilverMailer. We want you to feel confident buying — please read this before purchasing so you know exactly what to expect.
Silver Soul offers refunds on credit pack purchases within 14 days of purchase, provided no credits have been used. Subscription plans are generally non-refundable — you may cancel at any time to stop future billing.
We are a small, bootstrapped team. We handle every refund request personally and aim to respond within 2 business days.
AI credit pack purchases are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:
You can check your remaining credit balance at any time in Settings → Billing. If your balance equals the full pack amount you purchased, your pack qualifies for a refund under this policy.
Monthly and annual subscriptions (Starter, Pro, Concierge) are non-refundable as a general rule. When you subscribe, you gain immediate access to the full plan features for the billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops future charges; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which access reverts to free tier.
We understand that edge cases happen. Refunds on subscription charges may be granted at Silver Soul's sole discretion — for example, if you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the service. Contact us and we'll review your situation fairly.
The BYOK Unlimited plan is non-refundable. This plan provides access to SilverMailer's infrastructure while you supply your own AI API keys — there are no usage caps and no platform AI credits involved. Because you control your AI cost independently, this plan does not include a money-back guarantee.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout, processed via our payment processor. Once approved on our end, expect the refund to appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
You will receive an email confirmation once a refund has been issued.
The following purchases are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same product in error, contact us immediately and we will process the duplicate refund without delay.
Silver Soul reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted to this page. We encourage you to review this policy before making a purchase. Continued use of SilverMailer after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
